All Central America coffees are usually very balanced with, fruity / acidity and a mixture of smooth sweetness and some are tart. They have a very “clean flavor”.

2 B - Guatemala
It has a complex flavor with high acidity, mouthfeel, like whole milk and it is floral and spicy.
